Many students prefer to make their next bookings on completion of their current lesson to ensure aircraft and Instructors are available at a time that suits them.

Pacific Flight Services now have online the PA44 Piper Seminole for twin engine training. Very similar to the Beechcraft Duchess, the Seminole has the added advantage of offering more or less seemless transition from the other Piper aircraft in the fleet, the Warriors and Arrows.

The Seminole comes with two 180-hp Lycoming engines with counter-rotating propellers. Maximum speed is 202 knots, Cruise Speed 155 knots, Range: 1,630 km, Single Engine ceiling 3,800 ft, Service ceiling: 15,000 ft, Absolute ceiling 17,100 ft, Rate of climb: 1,200 ft/min.

Hire Rates: Prices are ex-GST unless otherwise stated . GST applies to all students except those in the 150-hr Integrated CPL. Landing fees, when charged, are for "full-stop' landings only. Bankstown Airport's rate is detailed here; however, landing fees may also apply at other Australian airports.

^ For people that hold a PPL or higher licence, instead of being charged the solo rate, they will be charged the private rate + $10 per hour if they are completing a ‘training flight' as part of the 150 hour integrated course, as opposed to a non-training/joy flight for which an instructors authorisation is not required
CANCELLATION FEE: $50
Cancellations without reasonable warning incur a late fee of $50 (excluding GST). An invoice will be mailed to the student and must be paid in full before continuing flying training.
