If you want to experience what it feels like to fly an aeroplane before you decide to begin training, your first step may be a Trial Instruction Flight, or TIF.
It’s a real flying lesson where you will actually fly the aeroplane.
If you continue with your training this trial flight counts as part of your official flying hours.
The fee includes a briefing with your flight instructor followed by a one hour flight to the west of the airport, where you will take control of the aircraft.
Your route will typically be west to Warragamba Dam and a return leg via Prospect Reservoir.
If the weather is not suitable on the day of your flight, your instructor will rearrange your appointment for another day.
We run Trial Introductory Flights every day of the week.
