II. Cancellation Policy

• Students are required to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation
• Insufficient notice of cancellation will incur a penalty of $60.00 excl. GST that requires payment in full before flight training continues.
• This includes not showing up for lessons and recurring cancellations
• Trial Instructional Flights and Aerial Photography Flights are exempt from this policy.

III. Fuel paid for by the Hirer or Student during a flight (wet hire only) will be reimbursed, upon completion of the necessary paperwork, to your nominated bank account

IV. As registered RTO providing a Vocational Education and Training Programme for delivery of the CPL150 integrated course and the Flight Instructor Rating Course, students may apply for GST exemption. Transferring students will need to provide evidence from previous schools.

V. International Students are required to pay an enrollment fee, please refer to the Training Manager.
